Welcome! This is a website that everyone can build together. It's easy!

Jeff Martinson Writes... This is a featured page

Atheist In A TeacupHello, and welcome to this, my new website, Jeff Martinson Writes.

As the name suggests, this site is a showcase for all of my writings, covering a vast range of topics and forms, from essays about dead lepers, to Manga scripts about murdered history teachers; from short stories about dreaming, to screenplays about spies. You can also vote of what you think should be my next project, write something yourself, read a real, full length book, look at my collection of Short Stories (or longer ones) or contribute to the site's very own work in progress, Noodle.

There is also an Art Department, run by a good friend of mine and a talented artist, Nik. He has created the banner that you see above, and he has also said that he will continue to provide artwork for this site. You can also see his work on Deviant Art. Or you could have a look at my artwork, I know what I would rather do...

If you should decide that you have had enough of this site, then why not have a look at the sties that I would recommend on the links page? Listed there are sites that I have found particularly interesting and useful, ranging from other Wikis on writing, to the site that started this entire thing off in the first place.

You can learn more about me on the 'About Me' page, or you can read a version of my story of a Life Not Lived, but there are some things that are important, so you should know them now. First, I am confident that you will not like or agree with many of the things that I write, and that is one of the reasons why this site is a Wiki, if you do not like something, then I want to know about it. I write these things for me, not for you. if you like them, then that it is a bonus.

Secondly, you should know that there Will Be Typos. No matter how much effort I put into proof reading, I am going to make mistakes. This is not because I cannot write, it is because I am dyslexic, and I simply do not see the mistakes. You may well ask why a dyslexic would have a site dedicated to his own flawed writing, and I may well tell you that there is more to life than having perfect spelling and grammar, and that I think that my work deserves a bigger audience.

Thirdly, as much as I may protest, Wetpaint seem intent on blocking what they term as Inappropriate Language. Now, whilst I never use such language just for the hell if it, if I feel that it is within context then I shall never shy away from using such words in my work. So please, whenever you see ****, ****, **** ***** or bugger, you know that that is them, and not me.

Anyway, I think that is enough of an introduction to this wonderful site. if you would like any more information, then please contact me through the site.

Thank you.

The Small Print
I have put a lot of effort into writing all the content for this site, and as such, I feel very protective over it. If you wish to copy any thing from this site, then please contact me first!
All the content of this site is Copyrighted to Martin Peter Cox (Jeff Martinson), or God Particle Productions, unless stated otherwise.
www.freedomain.co.nr I do not want this on the site, but it needs to be here to that I can use .co.nr

I am currently working on a new project for God Particle Productions, a short script called "Faceless". We hope to put it into production this summer, and so by September at the latest I will be able to call myself a Film Writer!

As soon as the script has been finalised I shall of course post it on the site. I also plan to start writing and adding to the site more regularly, just as soon as I have got all of my University work finished.

Thank you all for your patence. I know that I have been a bit **** at updating on a regular basis, but I will try my best!
